For RV dealers and delivery teams

They'll forget the walkthrough. Give them a replay of their own rig.

Your tech records short clips during delivery. RigReplay turns them into an owner guide for that exact unit, handed over on a QR card. Three weeks later at the campsite they watch “Generator → Start” instead of calling service.

Unlimited techs. No credit card required. Nothing to install on the lot.

Two-hour walkthrough. Three-week memory.

Delivery day is the worst day to learn an RV. The customer is excited, the paperwork took an hour, and your tech covers shore power, the transfer switch, tank valves, the water heater bypass, slide order, the awning and twelve other things in one pass.

The first trip is when it matters. The generator will not start. Something smells. The manual is for a different floorplan and the YouTube video shows the wrong panel. So they call the dealership, again, on a Saturday.

The best explanation of that unit already happened. It just was not saved.

Record ten clips at delivery

  1. 1

Open the checklist on a phone

Enter the customer, year, make, model and VIN. The guide starts with the systems already listed, in walkthrough order. Delete what the unit does not have.

  2. 2

    Tap, record, name, next

Thirty to sixty seconds per system, filmed on the actual unit while you explain it anyway. Add a warning line where it matters: black valve stays closed, awning in before you leave.

  3. 3

Hand over the QR card with the keys

Print it at the desk. The owner scans it at the campsite and gets their unit, their tech, their clips, chaptered. You see which chapters get watched.

What the owner sees at the campsite

Their RV. Their tech. Twenty seconds to the answer.

No app, no login. The guide opens on a list of systems. Tap Generator, tap Start, watch your tech do it on this exact coach. Steps and warnings sit under the video. Your service number is at the top of every page.

Generator

Start and stop the generator

0:48
  1. 1Battery disconnect on, shore power unplugged.
  2. 2Hold the start switch until it catches, then release.
  3. 3Let it run two minutes before switching on the A/C.
  4. 4To stop: turn off loads first, then hold stop.
  5. Never run the generator with a slide topper touching the exhaust side.

Why run it on every delivery

Somewhere to look before they call service

The questions that come back after delivery are the same ten. Now the answer is on the owner's phone, filmed on their unit.

A delivery they can take with them

A QR card with their name and their coach on it, handed over with the keys, instead of a binder nobody opens.

Documented customer education

Every clip is a record of what was demonstrated at delivery, re-recordable in a minute if a system changes.

Nothing new to buy or install

The tech's phone, a browser and your printer. Unlimited techs on one account.

Flat per rooftop. Unlimited techs.

First five deliveries free, no credit card required. Plans count new deliveries, so an old guide never stops working because you delivered another unit.

Questions, answered

Our techs don't have time.
The walkthrough already takes one to three hours. RigReplay adds about ten minutes of 30 to 60 second clips, recorded in checklist order while the tech demonstrates anyway.
Customers can just film it themselves.
Most don't. The ones who do end up with one unlabeled ninety-minute file. A dealer-branded guide with chapters is the version they actually open, and your service number is on every page.
The manufacturer already has how-to videos.
Those show a different floorplan with different components. RigReplay shows their tankless heater, their control panel, with your tech's voice. Link the OEM manual too if you want.
We already use Covideo or TruVideo.
Keep them. They are built for prospects and service approvals and store videos per message. RigReplay covers the delivery: one guide per VIN, chapters, QR card.
What about liability if the tech says something wrong?
Clips document what was actually shown and can be re-recorded in a minute. Today the same risk exists; it is just undocumented.
Who can see the videos?
Only people with that unit's private link. No public listing, no search. You can turn a link off and delete the customer and every clip.
Does it integrate with IDS, Lightspeed or Motility?
Not yet, and it does not need to. One delivery is thirty seconds of typing: name, year, make, model, last eight of the VIN.
Will owners actually scan it?
That is what the free five deliveries are for: your dashboard shows which chapters get opened and when. If nobody opens anything, you have paid nothing.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling stops you from creating or editing new guides. Guides you already published remain accessible unless you delete or revoke them, or the service itself is discontinued.

Record the walkthrough once. Let owners replay it whenever they need it.

Try it on your next five deliveries. If nobody scans, you pay nothing.
