Terms of Service

RigReplay lets a business record short videos, photos and written steps and publish them as a private guide for a specific customer, reachable by link or QR code. The business account holder (“you”) creates and controls owner guides; the people you share a guide with (“viewers”) need no account.

You must give accurate account details, keep your login and verification codes to yourself, and only upload content you have the right to use. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, is sexually explicit, harassing, or contains malware; use the service to send unsolicited messages; probe, scrape or disrupt the service; or attempt to access other accounts or their guides.

A owner guide you have published stays available to anyone holding its link or QR code for the life of the guide, even if you later cancel a paid plan, subject to these Terms and to the continued operation of the service. Specifically, a published owner guide remains accessible until one of the following happens:

• you delete the owner guide or the customer it belongs to, or revoke or regenerate its link;
• we remove it or suspend your account because of a breach of these Terms, a security problem, or a legal requirement;
• SHABSAND discontinues the service (see section 6).

Cancelling a paid plan, or reaching the end of a free period, stops you from creating or editing owner guides; it does not take down owner guides you already published.

Free plans are limited to a fixed number of published owner guides. Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars unless stated otherwise; some plans limit the number of new owner guides per calendar month, and some charge per owner guide. Limits never apply to owner guides that are already published. You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

You own the videos, photos and text you upload. You grant SHABSAND a licence to store, process and deliver that content only as needed to run the service, including serving it to the viewers you share a guide with. You are responsible for having permission from anyone who appears in, or is identified by, your content, including your customers. We do not sell your content or your customer data. Our privacy note explains what we store and measure.

We work to keep the service and every published owner guide available, but availability is not guaranteed indefinitely and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. If SHABSAND decides to discontinue RigReplay, we will give account holders at least 60 days’ notice by email and a way to export their content before published links and QR codes stop working. Nothing in these Terms is a promise that a link or QR code will exist forever.

We may remove content or suspend an account that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms, is unlawful, is abusive, or creates a security or legal risk, and we will tell you unless the law or the circumstances prevent it.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, SHABSAND disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from instructions in a owner guide (which are the business’s responsibility), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms. Contact: contact@shabsand.com.
